I can definitely recommend the beaver Hide. Along with fellow Photographer Terry we helped design this hide to work for both photographers and viewers. The biggest element we added in was the one-way glass which means the beavers can’t see you and sometimes come up on the platform but also swim in the pool and you’re almost close enough to touch them! Dawn and dusk are both really good times and out of six visits I saw them pretty much every time. You need to be very quiet as they are sensitive to sound, but there is nothing more wonderful than seeing beavers in the backdrop of beautiful countryside. The Beavers appear to be thriving and it was an honour to photograph one of the babies. This is a must visit!
